Chelsea Clinton will make her first appearance as an NBC News correspondent on "Rock Center With Brian Williams" on December 12. The New York Times reports that she will be doing a segment on a nonprofit organization in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The piece appears to represent what NBC News has said will be her focus at NBC News. In November, network president Steve Capus said, "I want to draw
